We are searching for experienced people able to help our customers in their transformation around business strategy, business transformation, customer experience innovation and digital business models. The candidate must be able to link both sides of the organization: commercial and operational assuring the success of our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

Basic Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of relevant, hands-on experience in digital transformation either in a consulting role or as part of a leading company in the industry.
  • Experience working on digital strategy and transformation in Telecommunications or Utilities market.
  • Deep knowledge in at least one of following topics: Customer experience, Analytics, Big Data, Digital marketing, Multi-channel CRM, IT Management.
  • Project Management and delivery/execution experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a must.

  • Outstanding problem solving: define problem, structure problem, prioritize issues, develop issue analysis, conduct analysis, synthesize finding and develop recommendations.
  • Good understanding of the technological telecommunications context.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels.
  • Drive, ambition and initiative to be part of a unique firm, start-up mind-set.
